Clean and Friendly

Helena Fitness is the cleanest facility I have ever exercised in. Everything is nice and the equipment looks new. The staff is a friendly and very helpful getting started. The other members seem to be average couples about our age or older, and we don't feel intimidated even though we are not in great shape. My wife loves the exercise classes. A healthier future ahead.
