I really love the fact that there isnt a bunch of meat heads walking around trying to hit on you. Its all women and everybody is real nice. Its clean and very affordable and they have a variety of great classes and great epuipment. They only bad thing I can say is they didnt go into detail with me about the equiment, how it works, and what muscles it works. So when I first started I had to do alot of reading at each piece of qpuipment and I just felt a little lost. But all in all its a great place to work out.
